The CNMG120408AH PDL010 is a high-performance indexable turning insert designed for high-speed turning of aluminium alloys and non-ferrous materials. Like its 0.4mm nose radius counterpart, this insert features the striking iridescent rainbow DLC (diamond-like carbon) PVD coating of the PDL010 grade, providing exceptional hardness, near-zero friction, and complete resistance to aluminium adhesion and built-up edge. The larger 0.8mm nose radius makes this variant ideal for higher feed rates and heavier semi-finishing passes in aluminium.
