Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Tooltec Industrial Supplies.

If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, backorder or refund where appropriate.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our online store.

Orders will not be dispatched until the required payment or approved account arrangements have been confirmed.

Shipping & Collection

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier availability, courier services and the delivery location.

Tooltec Industrial Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where available, customers may choose to collect their order directly from Tooltec.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product, you may request to return it within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Please contact Tooltec before returning any products.

Special-Order & Non-Stocked Items

Special-order, custom-made and non-stocked items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

These products are specifically manufactured, sourced or ordered for the customer and are not products that Tooltec normally holds in stock.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact Tooltec Industrial Supplies so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended application.

Cutting tools, machinery accessories, measuring equipment and other industrial products should only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, instructions and appropriate workplace safety requirements.
