At Tooltec Industrial Supplies, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is in its original packaging.
• The item is unused and in good condition.
• The item is in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Special Order & Non-Stocked Items

Special-order, custom-made and non-stocked items cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered.

These products are specifically ordered, manufactured or sourced for the customer and are not items that Tooltec normally holds in stock.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, please contact Tooltec and we will assist you with the appropriate remedy.

Please contact Tooltec Industrial Supplies before returning an item so we can assist with your return.
