What to Include in Your Email
- Tool type — e.g. turning insert, end mill, drill bit, tap
- Grade / material — e.g. carbide, HSS, coated
- Insert designation or part number — if known (e.g. CCMT 09T304)
- Dimensions — diameter, length, shank size, thread pitch, etc.
- Quantity required
- Application details — material being machined, machine type, cutting conditions (if relevant)
- Any brand preference — or if you're open to equivalent alternatives
