At Tooltec Industrial Supplies, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, delivery location and circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, Tooltec Industrial Supplies cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery timeframe.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for selected orders and locations. Express shipping refers to the courier service used and does not guarantee same-day dispatch or next-day delivery.

Click & Collect

Customers can choose to skip delivery fees and collect their order from our Malaga premises during business hours.

We will let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Special Order & Non-Stocked Items

Special-order and non-stocked products may have longer lead times. Where possible, we will advise you of the expected availability or delivery timeframe.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer.
