The CNMG120404PMG CA125P is a high-performance indexable turning insert designed for medium to heavy turning of steel and cast iron. The CVD-coated CA125P carbide grade delivers excellent wear resistance and thermal stability, while the PMG chipbreaker geometry provides reliable chip control across a wide range of depths of cut and feed rates. The gold CVD coating is clearly visible on the rake face, with a tough black PVD back coating for enhanced edge strength.
