The CNMG120408PS CA515 is a versatile indexable turning insert optimised for medium to high-speed turning of steel. The bright gold CVD-coated CA515 carbide grade provides outstanding wear resistance and long tool life, while the PS chipbreaker geometry ensures excellent chip control at medium to high feeds. The wavy PS chipbreaker pattern visible on the rake face is engineered to handle a wide range of cutting conditions without chip build-up.
