The CNMG120404MS PR1535 is a precision indexable turning insert optimised for medium turning and finishing of steel and stainless steel. The smaller 0.4mm nose radius makes this insert ideal for lighter finishing passes and profiling where a sharp nose radius is required, while the PVD-coated PR1535 carbide grade delivers the toughness needed to handle interrupted cuts and variable conditions. The dark PVD coating provides excellent wear resistance and thermal stability.
