The BDMT11T304ER-JT PR1825 is a high-performance rectangular indexable milling insert designed for face milling and shoulder milling of steel and stainless steel. The positive ER-JT geometry features a sharp, free-cutting rake face that reduces cutting forces and delivers excellent surface finish. The PR1825 PVD-coated carbide grade provides outstanding toughness for the interrupted cutting conditions typical of milling operations, while the small 0.4mm nose radius suits finishing and light semi-finishing passes.
